Arrival / Departure Policies

  • Arrival: from 16:00
  • Check-out: until 12:00

Cancellation Policies

Due to force majeure related to COVID19 decreed by the competent administration, which made the trip impossible against client's will - full refund regardless of advance.

For other reasons:

  • 9 days prior to the arrival date - full refund
  • less than 9 days before the arrival date - no refund

Terms and Conditions

The property is rented to the number of occupants indicated in the reservation by the client, and in any case up to the maximum indicated for each property. The Lessee expressly agrees not to exceed this number. It will be understood that the clients are satisfied with the furniture and fixtures that appear in the house, as well as with its perfect state of conservation and use if they do not formulate an objection within the first 48 hours.

Assignment of lease, total or partial sublease, are strictly prohibited. The Tenant will make a peaceful use of the rented apartment. The house will be kept in good condition and it will be in good clean condition. The neighborhood must be respected, parties are not allowed or the use of sound equipment in a way that notoriously bothers other tenants of the property or neighbors of neighboring properties. He undertakes to make normal use (200 kWh and 4 m3 per week) of the supplies and equipment (electrical appliances, multimedia, etc.) at his disposal. In the case of consumption higher than the powers mentioned above, the lessor reserves the right to charge a supplement. You undertake to inform the landlord without delay of any failure, damage, accident or malfunction.

Pets

The presence of pets in the rented house is not allowed.

Data Protection

In compliance with the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) 3/2018 of December 05, we inform you that all personal data provided for this reservation, as well as those that may be collected in the future to comply with the correct execution of the contracted service are incorporated into automated files in order to correctly execute the provision of the contracted service, as well as eventually for administrative and commercial management. CASAFER CB is responsible for the file. CASAFER CB undertakes not to share these data with third parties without the express consent of the owner of the data. Applicable legislation

Spanish legislation. The parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Vigo.
